He began his career at Masar in 2001 as the head of transportation, where he played a key role in forming and leading the transportation department. Over the years, he effectively coordinated boat captains and crew, ensuring smooth daily operations. He was also responsible for organizing safe voyages to Hawar Island, aligning with the specific requirements of the BDF and EWA. In 2023, due to his outstanding contributions and leadership, he was promoted to Transportation & Logistics Manager, further solidifying his impact on the organization.
