Since joining Masar in November 2017, Ms. Aseel has dedicated significant effort to developing and implementing a robust strategy for recruiting and retaining top-quality employees across all departments. She has excelled in identifying, assessing, and resolving human relations issues, employee morale challenges, work performance concerns, and overall organizational productivity hurdles. By prioritizing the development of existing team members, she successfully partnered with esteemed training companies to ensure all crew members are qualified and certified to operate vessels, upholding the highest standards of safety and expertise. With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ahlia University in Bahrain, and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Science & Technology, Ms. Aseel brings over 10 years of experience in the HR field. Her educational background and extensive professional experience have been key in her ability to implement new policies and procedures that have contributed to her success within the company.
