With over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, Ahmed Sheikh designed the Banoosh from the ground up, launching it in March 2023, ensuring safe voyages for passengers. Since 2013, he has been actively involved in boat maintenance and a range of maritime services. His exceptional performance with Masar in prior years led to his promotion to Senior Operations Manager. In this role, he effectively manages laborers and their supervisors, driving operational efficiencies and maintaining revenue margins while introducing new growth strategies. Known for his dedication, he consistently takes on extra responsibilities and hours to ensure smooth operations, inspiring both staff and senior management with his positive, work-oriented approach.
